A580/Northern Fringe

The Approach 580 is located to the north east of Liverpool city centre. Thanks to its position close to a junction of the M57, the area has excellent links to the national motorway network. The A580 East Lancashire Road - from which the area takes its name - is also the key arterial link between Liverpool and Manchester.

A 29-hectare ‘green’ development fronting the A580 in Gillmoss, will generate up to 1,500 jobs within 33,400 sq m of new office and light industrial accommodation, set within a park-style setting.


Stonebridge Business Park will create a sustainable wetland drainage system and an outstanding natural ecology habitat which could support a population of water voles and red squirrels.


Brookfield Business Park

Priority Sites is the developer behind the scheme, where up to 12,400 sq m of new light industrial space and 300 jobs will eventually be created.
