International Gateway
International Gateway is focused on Speke Boulevard and Speke Road, which form the main southern gateway into Liverpool from the M57 and M56 motorways.
Major employers in the area include Jaguar, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and the Littlewoods Shop Direct Group. The area also boasts one of the North West’s leading retail developments, New Mersey Shopping Park. Significant progress has been made on the regeneration of Speke Halewood, with wide-ranging infrastructure improvements and major new developments like Boulevard Industry Park and the new Speke District Centre.

Estuary Commerce Park
Major new arrivals at the Estuary Commerce Park in recent years have included the Riverside Group, the National Biomanufacturing Centre, Liverpool Blood Centre and Communisis.Apart from its role in attracting investment and jobs to the area, the Estuary has clearly helped to stimulate the wider commercial property market. This has resulted in other successful developments being established in Speke Halewood, such as the adjacent Liverpool International Business Park, where German company Prinovis has established Europe’s most advanced magazine printing plant.
The Matchworks
Dakota Business Park
Road. This hybrid development offers eight industrial units and seven office suites. When fully let it is expected to have generated 165 new jobs.
