Northshore
Northshore is located immediately north of Liverpool city centre and is focused on the A565 Atlantic Avenue corridor. The area includes both operational and historic dockland areas and the local economy is predictably strong in the maritime and port-related sectors.
Proposals are being developed for wide-ranging interventions in the area to create a new and vibrant mixed-use urban community. There has been further encouragement for the area following the proposals unveiled by Peel Holdings for its ambitious Liverpool Waters project.

Langtree Group's scheme occupies three sites in the Sandhills area. The high-quality accommodation at the 4.8-hectare development will play an important role in helping to attract investment and jobs to the area. On completion the scheme will provide 16,843 sq m of light industrial units and offices and generate up to 500 new jobs.
Canada Place
Award-winning developer UK Land and Property has been selected to redevelop this former goods yard at the junction of Derby Road and Bankhall Street. The site, which has now been branded Canada Place, could accommodate up to 6,965 sq m of new commercial floorspace and generate around 160 new jobs.Return to The City
